In-stock items will ship within 7-10 business days unless otherwise noted at time of order.
Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Our custom ceramics will be ready to ship within the lead time specified at time of order and can vary depending unforeseen production constraints. Lead times begin with order confirmation and receipt of payment. Balances are due upon pick-up or prior to shipment.
Shipping costs on orders are estimates only and will be finalized prior to shipping and collection of balance due. Prices may be subject to change. We accept payment with bank check, wire transfer or cash.
Because of the hand-made nature of our products, we are not able to offer returns.
Damages must be documented to DUMAIS MADE within 48 hours of receipt or we cannot assume responsibility. If damages occur in shipping any/all merchandise damaged must remain its original packaging and photographed for claim.
We strive to describe each item as accurately as possible. Please do reach out to us for additional information if you should want to.
All table lamps are wired with UL Listed sockets up to 200 watts. However, we do not recommend a wattage over 75 in our lamps. Any damage to our lamps, parts and shades caused by the improper use of light bulbs is not under the responsibility of DUMAIS MADE.
